ICT Park Attended the Exhibition of Iranian Companies' Achievements in Technology

The third meeting of  Communication and Information Technology Ministers of ECO member states, hosted by the Islamic Republic of Iran's Ministry of Communications started at Espinas Hotel in Tehran. First, the ministers present at the ECO Summit visited the exhibition of Iranian companies' achievements in technology and then, the event started officially.
On the side-lines of the third meeting of Communication and Information Technology Ministers of ECO member states, an exhibition of Iranian companies' technological achievements was held. The aim of this exhibition was to hold joint business meetings between those Iranian business owners who are capable of presenting themselves in international markets with delegations from other countries attending this meeting.
This summit mainly aimed to find suitable ways for developing bilateral and multilateral cooperation between the member countries.
The Economic Cooperation Organization (ECO) was founded 52 years ago with the cooperation of Iran, Turkey and Pakistan; hence, Iran is identified as one of the founders of the Economic Cooperation Organization. Currently,  this organization includes 10 member countries and Pakistan, Kazakhstan, Tajikistan, Uzbekistan and Iran are members in both ECO and the Shanghai Cooperation Organization.
In this summit and during different meetings, ministers, Heads of delegations and other participants discussed the recent developments identified in the "2025 ECO Regional Strategy for Information Society Development", which includes the Organization's future perspectives and provides suitable mechanisms for regional integration in ICT.
