Two Skills Training, and Digital Economy Development Centers were established in Kermanshah Province as ICT Park's Provincial Campuses

The two centers were established in order to implement the cooperation agreement between “Information and Communication Technology Park” and “Razi University” and Kermanshah Province's “Science and Technology Park”.
These centres have been established in order to empower and equip ICT graduates and professionals besides interested individuals in this area, aiming to provide specialised trainings in the afore mentioned area, additionally stabilize  graduates of the above training courses, provide specialised equipment for software, applications and digital content production by establishing a specialised laboratory providing support for holding new training courses (based on the guidelines for holding skill-oriented training courses leading to job creation in ICT Park), in order to implement the existing regulations supporting knowledge production and job creation in cooperation with the Science and Technology Park and Keramanshah’s Razi University.
Each center includes four interactive classrooms, specialized digital content production and programming laboratories, shared workspaces, and independent offices. Additionally, a joint working group consisting of representatives from ICT Park, Razi University or Science and Technology Park, and the Provincial Directorate of Communications and Information Technology will define the required policies regarding the operation of each section.
In general, the implementation process of these centres includes the identification of applicants for skill training through convening and holding specialised bootcamps in the field of ICT, identifying the learner's required specialised courses, and providing relevant training in in-person interactive classes, proving the learners with opportunities to implement their acquired knowledge at a practical level in laboratory spaces, and ultimately, stabilizing the top learners in a collaborative workspace with preferential tariff to form teams, create companies, or work as freelancers.
It should be noted that according to the approved enactment of ICT Park's Board of Trustees, the Park's future plans include establishing a Skills Training Center and developing digital economy as a provincial campus in different Iranian provinces including Mazandran, Semnan, and Chaharmahal and Bakhtiari.
