Assignable Lands

In order to lay the groundwork for making maximum use of the resources and potentials of the private sector and real and legal investors in the development of the ICT Park, the Park assigns long-term land and building exploitation rights to qualified applicants (20, 30, 40, 50 and 60 years). The specifications of the assignable plots are as described in the table below.
