Governor of Alborz: A Specialized Working group will be created in Alborz to deal with Knowledge-based Companies’ Issues and Challenges

In this visit which was held with the presence of ICT Park's President and other officials, Alborz Governor, Dr. Abdullahi, was accompanied by a group of senior provincial managers and visited different parts of ICT Park.
At the start of this visit, Dr. Mohammad Jafar Sadigh Damghanizadeh, Advisor to the Minister and President of ICT Park, welcomed the presence of the Governor and the accompanying delegation and presented a comprehensive report on the history of ICT Park, introducing different branches of the Park in Alborz, Semnan, Mashhad, Isfahan, Sari. and Zanjan, besides ICT Park's propulsion projects, technology companies and their several ICT products.
The President of the Park mentioned that ICT Park's main programs and priorities include adhering to the economic development of Alborz, improving the level of technology in the region, creating knowledge-based companies as well as providing job opportunities for human resources and announced his willingness to turn 20 greenhouses in Alborz province to smart greenhouses. 
Then, identifying ICT Park's basic problems to be the Park's access to the Hemmat Freeway and the problems caused due to electricity, Dr. Sadigh Damghanizadeh explained that with governmental support, they aim to turn Alborz province into Iran's technology hub.
Dr. Abdullahi, Alborz Governor, expressed his gratitude and appreciation to ICT Park complex, due to its remarkable contribution to the development and growth of Iran's economy and expressed his willingness to support ICT Park and help solve the problems of this complex.
The governor of Alborz also stated that it is a matter of pride that the largest technology Park of Iran's Ministry of Information and Communications is located in Alborz province: "We support Techno Parks and the activities of private sector regarding digital economy, and with full authority and power, we support the technologists and experts active in knowledge-based and digital economy to reach their intended honored position" he added.
Dr. Abdullahi also mentioned the issues and challenges raised by ICT Park’s President regarding technology and digital economy development and noted that a specialized working group will be created in Alborz for dealing with the issues of knowledge-based systems, digital economy activists, accelerators, and similar problems.
Then, Dr. Abdullahi and his team visited ICT Park's propulsion projects and also unveiled some of ICT Park's construction projects, including its health club and permanent exhibition of technological products.
It should be noted that in this visit, besides Dr. Abdullahi, Governor of Karaj, other accompanying members included Alborz Governorate's Political, Security and Social Deputy, Deputy-Coordinator of Civil Affairs, Advisor and General-Manager, Head of the General Department of Public Relations and International Affairs, and Alborz Province's Head of Management and Planning Organization.
