The twenty-third issue of ICT Park’s Trilingual Newsletter, the official Newsletter of ICT Park, includes six main sections: “ICT Park’s Latest News,” “Ideation Section (Discussion/Interview),” “Introduction of the Products in ICT Park’s Associated Techno-Companies,” “Calls and Announcements,” “Arabic Section,” and “English Section.”

"The twenty-third issue of ICT Park’s Trilingual Newsletter, exclusive for January-February 2023, has been published with delicate considerations. With respect to the wide range of audiences and in order to attract further regional and international addressees, this issue, same as the previous issues, has also been arranged in Persian, Arabic, and English to be accessible to the deemed audience and interested subscribers.
In January, in line with the development of international cooperation, ICT Park hosted a high-level Ethiopian delegation headed by the Director-General of Innovation from Ethiopia's Ministry of Innovation and Technology, who travelled to Iran aiming to learn about the design and mechanisms of the technology ecosystem in Iran, Park management procedures, including the employed mechanisms for accepting companies in the Park, evaluating technical and scientific products of the associated technology companies, the process of defining and granting financial and non-financial facilities to technology companies, besides international cooperation, including the introduction of joint products and other relevant items.
Also, regarding national activities, in February, ICT Park hosted engineer Meisam Abedi, the new Vice-President of Technology and Innovation in Iran's Ministry of Communications and Information Technology. This meeting was held with the aim of getting familiar with ICT Park's potentials and capabilities, especially regarding technology product exportation, and also in order to learn how the experiences of the Park's management group could be employed in the projects of Ministry of Communications.
Additionally, on the occasion of the Celebratory Days of the Fajr Decade and at the same time as the annual general meeting of Iran Internet Group (IIG), an exhibition was held in Mashhad for introducing the capabilities of ICT Park's associated companies in information and communication technology. In this exhibition, a number of ICT Park's technology companies, including Danesh Avaran, Ranir Co., Mahak Accounting Software, the Pishgaman Fara-Resaneh Soroush Company, Green Web, Mana Andisheh, Samatoos, and Parnia IT INC. introduced and presented their most recent products.
As in the previous issues, besides the sections including “Park Introduction,” “ICT Park’s Latest News,” “Calls and Announcements” and “Introduction of the Products in ICT Park’s Associated Techno-Companies,” there is also the “Ideation Section”, in line with ICT Park’s policies, programs, and its main agenda. In this issue, "An Explanation on Theories, Effects and Factors Affecting the Future of Artificial Intelligence-Based Businesses" has been explored.
The main objective in the Ideation Section is to provide the subscribers of this Newsletter with the lived experiences of ICT Park’s Management Team, the viewpoints of the associated experts and professionals in this field, besides the ideas the specialists in IC ICT and other relevant domains that share the objectives of development and propagation of “the Modern Governance Discourse” in ICT Parks.” Accordingly, in line with the latest achievements, developments, and discourses in this field, the outcome of these explorations will be available to interested subscribers.
