The 18th Issue of ICT Park’s Newsletter Published

The 18th issue of ICT Park’s Trilingual Newsletter, the official Newsletter of ICT Park, includes six main sections: “ICT Park’s Latest News,” “Ideation Section (Discussion/Interview),” “Introduction of the Products in ICT Park’s Affiliated Techno-Companies,” “Calls and Announcements,” “Arabic Section,” and “English Section.” 

ICT Park’s Newsletter Editorial Page Features: 

The 18th issue of ICT Park’s Trilingual Newsletter, exclusive for September 2022, has been published with delicate considerations. With respect to the wide range of audience and to attract further regional and international addressees, this issue, same as the previous ones, is also prepared in Persian, Arabic, and English to be accessible to the deemed audience and interested subscribers. 

In continuation of its international activities, ICT Park signed a Memorandum of Understanding including a joint Action Plan with Al-Ghazaleh Smart Technopark in Tunis in September, and thus, a bilateral cooperation was implemented. In line with these activities, Ambassador of the Republic of Senegal also visited ICT Park in Tehran. Impressed by diversity and extent of the activities and potential capacities of the Information and Communication Technology Park, he requested the presence of ICT Park in the joint commission of cooperation between the two countries. 

In the field of internal activities, the inauguration of the second generation of ICT Park’s smart greenhouse was also announced in September with the presence of Dr. Issa Zarepour, Minister of Communications and Information Technology. The distinguishing features of the second cultivation of the smart greenhouse were the use of three-stem and four-stem transplants in the cultivation of cherry tomato (plum oval), the use of bee pollinators (Bombus types), and the use of hydroponic farming and grow bag drainage. 

Also, considering the importance of marketing and the entrance of technology companies into different markets, the first meeting of the series of meetings to introduce ICT technology ecosystem companies of the country was held with the aim of familiarizing the ecosystem companies of technology and knowledge-based production with each other’s products and services, in which Green Web Samaneh Novin introduced its products. 

As in the previous issues, in addition to the sections including “Park introduction,” “ICT Park’s Latest News,” “Calls and Announcements” and “Introduction of the Products in ICT Park’s Associated Techno-Companies,” there is also the “Ideation Section”, in line with ICT Park’s policies, programs, and its main agenda. This issue explores “A Study of ICT in Afghanistan Emphasizing on Mobile Operators.” 

The main objective in the Ideation Section is to provide the newsletter subscribers with the lived experiences of ICT Park’s Management Team, the viewpoints of the associated experts and professionals in this field, besides ICT specialists’ ideas and other relevant domains that share the objectives of development and propagation of “the Modern Governance Discourse” in ICT Parks.” Accordingly, in line with the latest achievements, developments, and the discourses, the outcome of these explorations will be available for the interested subscribers.
