ICT Park's PR: In order to explore the opportunities and potentials for cooperation with the technology Parks in Iran's neighboring countries, a joint meeting was held between ICT Park and the Presidential Center for Progress and Development on December 17th, 2022.

At the beginning of this meeting, Dr. Abbas Ghanbaribagestan, the International Advisor of ICT Park, introduced the Park's capacities, provincial branches, and the achievements of the Park's associated technology companies, elaborating on the long-term and brilliant history of ICT Park's management team.

He counted ICT Park as a pioneer in cooperation with African countries and mentioned numerous visits paid by different ambassadors and officials from Mali, Tunisia, Algeria, Senegal, and Ghana besides ICT Park's membership in the Iran-Senegal Joint Commission.

Dr. Abbas Ghanbari Bagestan referred to the cooperation with Russia and noted that Mr. Kiryanov, the Commercial Representative of the Embassy of the Russian Federation in Tehran and the Head of the Representative Office of Rostec Company, visited ICT Park in order to get familiar with this Park and explore the possibility of strategic cooperation, expressing their tendency to initiate cooperation with ICT Park.

The International Advisor of ICT Park considered the provision of export broker services and the establishment of a joint product line as ways through which Iranian companies could enter global markets, and pointed out that ICT Park would welcome any proposal from the Presidential Center for Progress and Development regarding the development of international cooperation. 

In the continuation of this joint meeting, Dr. Saeed Awatefi Amjad, the Director of the Technology Department in the Presidential Center for Progress and Development, suggested some ideas regarding the development of international cooperation in the form of inter-park and inter-company communication and referred to the potential of cooperation with China's Z-Park, noting that considering the negotiations and collaborations that had been conducted before Covid-19, it is possible to cooperate with the Kazan Technology Park in Russia and launch a new Park in India. 

Stating that the ICT Park is a helping hands for their deputy of Technology and Innovation, he mentioned that after identifying and examining the potentials of ICT Park's technology companies, ICT park can introduce them to international parties for developing cooperation. It is also possible to pursue cooperation matters with countries like China, Russia, and India earnestly by employing the capacities of the Deputy of Information and Communication Technology in the Presidential Center for Progress and Development.

At the end of this meeting, the possibility of inter-park cooperation with Russia's Kazan Technology Park and Skolkovo Techno Park, and also China's Z-Park, the possibility of setting up a technology Park in India, the possibility of international inter-company cooperation, and the possibility of introducing foreign visiting delegations to ICT Park were also discussed.
