A Memorandum of Understanding Was Signed Between ICT Park and IIG

This memorandum of understanding was signed between ICT Park and IIG in order to achieve the objectives set out in the vision document, the general policies regarding science and technology, and the resistance economy, which is based on strengthening the knowledge-based economy and developing the industries and services in accordance with the emerging science and technology, and also in line with ICT Park's objectives for economic development and internalization of technology in its associated companies, and comprehensive development of information and communication technology while adhering to  Iran's slogan of the year “Production, Knowledge-based,  and Entrepreneurial.”

The main points of this MoU include synergic collaboration by utilizing the potential properties and facilities provided by each party with the aim of updating the technical knowledge of ICT companies’ staff, identifying the skill training requirements in the companies associated with IIG, and developing accurate programs with regard to the above-mentioned requirements in accordance with the assistive guidance of ICT Park, in addition to attracting, transferring, and expanding the application of emerging knowledge and technologies while helping the advancement of developing companies and technology units.

It is worth mentioning that this memorandum of understanding was signed on the sidelines of the unveiling ceremony for selected products of ICT Park associated companies by Dr. Mohammad Jafar Sadigh Damghanizadeh, the Advisor to the Minister and President of Information and Communication Technology Park (ICT Park), and Dr. Seyed Hasan Hashemi, the Head of Iranian ICT Guild Organization (IIG).

Dr. Mohammad Amin Aghamiri, Deputy Minister of Technology and Innovation in the Ministry of Information and Communications Technology; Dr. Gholamhosein Hoseininia, Deputy Minister of Cooperatives, Labour, and Social Welfare and Head of the Technical and Vocational Training Organization; Dr. Behnam Talebi, Head of Policy-making, Planning, and Innovation and Technology Development  Office, Ministry of Science, Research and Technology; Eng. Jafari, Deputy President for Market Development of ICT Park, and Dr. Ehsan Chitsaz, Senior Market Development Advisor of ICT Park, Dr. Alireza Hafizi, Executive and Support Deputy of ICT Park, Mr. Javad Yazdanpanah, Deputy President for Technology Development were also present at this ceremony held for signing this memorandum of understanding and ICT products launch.
