Executive and Support Deputy of ICT Park was Appointed

Dr. Mohammad jafar Sadigh Damghanizadeh, the Advisor to the Minister and the President of ICT Park, appointed Dr. Alireza Hafizi as the Executive and Support Deputy of ICT Park:

"With regard to your great sense of commitment and invaluable experiences, hereby, you are appointed as the Executive and Support Deputy of the Information and Communication Technology Park for two years. Your main obligations in this position include:

1. Creating a modern and exemplary mechanism for managing the park, demanding speed, transparency, and order in practicing the park's affairs;
2. Creating a modern, transparent and law-abiding financial mechanism; 
3. Managing to fulfil the Park's objectives concerning development activities within the framework of a comprehensive guideline;
4. Creating a suitable system for staff promotion and evaluation;
5. Managing human resource development;
6. Creating a suitable mechanism to improve the required knowledge and skills for the park staff.

It should be noted that Dr. Alireza Hafizi has 21 years of experience in many different departments of Iran’s Ministry of Culture and Islamic Guidance. In 2006, he was recognized as the youngest director of Iran’s Ministry of Culture and Islamic Guidance.
