Dr. Sadigh: The establishment of Zanjan Park's greenhouse will create 320 new jobs

At the beginning of this visit, Dr. Mohammad Jafar Sadigh Damghanizadeh, the Advisor to the Minister and the President of ICT Park, explained the process and conditions of providing grants to technology and knowledge-based companies in the ICT Park, emphasizing the significance of increasing ICT Park's branches throughout Iran, especially in Zanjan and Kermanshah. 
He went on to describe ICT Park's proposals for the establishing a greenhouse in the Zanjan branch, and described two models for establishing this greenhouse: "The first way includes one single person from the private sector building the entire complex and with our support, however, there is also another way that includes dividing this complex into different sections, with every section being established by a different individual. The advantage point of this undertaking is that each section of this greenhouse will have its own manager,” he stated.
Dr. Sadigh Damghanizadeh emphasized the necessity of implementing new methods for supporting young people and their entry into this field: "Any young individual achieving a work performance can have a unit in this greenhouse and can even enter the sales market. Establishing a 20-hectare greenhouse can create a total of 320 new jobs, which would play a significant role in reducing unemployment in the region,” he added.
In the continuation of this meeting, Eng. Mohsen Afsharchi, the Governor of Zanjan, thanked Dr. Sadigh's for his porposals and considered Zanjan the primary place for establishing such a greenhouse: "If this model could be successfully implemented in Zanjan, it can be employed similarly in other cities of Zanjan or even other provinces of Iran," he said.
In the end, Eng. Afsharchi stated that creating employment opportunities and enhancing productivity are the two main objectives in Zanjan province: “In our opinion, this project is one of the works that can provide for both of these objectives. In this regard, the private sector is ready for cooperation and we can benefit from the supporting infrastructures of the Park; however, our main problem that we are trying to solve is about providing a suitable land,” he clarified. 
It should be noted that the Information and Communication Technology (ICT) Park has three branches in Alborz, Mashhad, and Semnan, and the ICT Park's Zanjan branch is going to be put into operation in early future.
