Senior ICT Park Officials Attended KITEX Exhibition

In line with the instructions of Iran's Supreme Leader and in accordance with the slogan of the Iranian year 1401 as “Production, knowledge-Based and Entrepreneurial”, the second KITEX Information and Communication Technology Exhibition has been held in Kish Island with the presence of 180 communication companies, knowledge-based companies, and start-ups. The exhibition aimed to achieve integration between the scientific chain of communication technologies, to facilitate the commercialization of innovative ideas in the field of ICT, and to accelerate the entrance of the technological products of knowledge-based companies into the global markets. 

Mr. Jafari, Acting Deputy President for Market Development, and Mr. Yazdanpanah, Deputy President for Technology Development, represented ICT Park at this Exhibition. ICT Park's affiliated companies, including ESM Telecommunication Company, Arg Telecom, and Future Wave Ultra Tech, were also present in this exhibition. 

The six primary objectives of Kish Free Zone Organization for holding this exhibition include smart city development, new financial technologies, cryptocurrencies, application of blockchain technology, IT-based activities, information and communication development technologies, as well as expansion of cooperation with major Iranian communication companies and identification of knowledge-based companies and start-ups’ capabilities.

It is worth mentioning that the Second International Exhibition of Information and Communication Technology (KITEX) was held in an area of nearly 14,000 square meters with the participation of 180 companies from May 19th to May 22nd, 2022 at Kish International Convention Center.
