Minister of Communications Visits Arg Telecom’s Stand

On the third day of the International Exhibition of Telecommunication, Information Technology, and Innovative CIT Solutions, Dr. Eisa Zarepour, the Minister of Information and Communications Technology; Hamid Fattahi, the Deputy-Minister of ICT and the CEO of Telecommunication Infrastructure Company; Sattar Hashemi, the Deputy-Minister of ICT Technology and Innovation, and Mohammad Khansari, the Deputy-Minister of ICT and the Head of the Information Technology Organization, visited Arg Telecom’s stand and were introduced to "5G modem", the latest product of this knowledge-based company.

Arg Telecom is one of the technology companies associated with the Information and Communication Technology (ICT) Park, located in the Alborz branch. This company operates in relevant fields of telecommunications and information (ICT), including design, provision of equipment, installation, commissioning, testing and delivery, and maintenance of telecommunication systems. 

Arg Telecom’s 5G Modem is the first successful sample of 5G modems in Iran, suitable for government agencies, private organizations, cyber centers, game nets, domestic applications, and other instances  due to its high speed and broad bandwidth (2 Gbps for downloading and 1 Gbps for uploading).

This product supports NR 1,3,828,41,77,78,79 bands and LTE 1, 2,3,5,7,8,20,28,34,38,39,40, 41 bands.

Arg Telecom's 5G Modem has successfully passed the prototyping and laboratory accreditation processes, and after the construction of the required infrastructure for 5G modems, it will get into mass production. 

It should be noted that the 22nd International Exhibition of Telecommunication, Information Technology, and Innovative CIT Solutions opened on December 23th, 2021, at Tehran International Permanent Fairground with the slogan of "Digital Transformation and Sustainable Development" and with the aim of interacting with active associates of communication and information technology, presenting numerous products and providing various services, and ended on December 26th, 2021.
